Play Out Underwear accepts returns or exchanges of defective, unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of the receipt of your item(s).
Please do not remove your underwear when trying on our Play Out undergarments. Play Out will not supply a refund or an exchange for items that have already been worn and/or washed.
Exchanges of SALE items are available for a product of equal or lesser value, and Play Out Underwear makes no guarantee as to available sizes in sale colors/styles. No Refunds of SALE items.

Contact Us with your Name, Address, Order Number and Product Description. We will send you a reference number, pre-paid and pre-addressed shipping label to use for the exchange. Print out and attach this label to the shipping box, and send the box using USPS.
NO REFUNDS on already Exchanged items. IF you exchanged a previously purchased item and are unsatisfied with that replacement item, you may be issued a gift card for equal or lesser value, but a refund will not be issued on already exchanged items.
Exchanges for International Orders: We can provide exchanges for international orders, but the customer is responsible for paying Shipping & Handling. Contact us with your Name, Address, Order Number and Product Description. We will send you a reference number. Please include this reference number in your package, and send the package back to us using UPS or your local mail carrier.

We will send you a reference number, pre-paid and pre-addressed shipping label to use for the return. Print out and attach this label to the shipping box, and send the box using USPS. A Return Label shipping charge (depending on amount/weight of items being returned) will be deducted from your refund or credit; initial shipping fees are also non-refundable.
For International Returns, please Contact us with your Name, Address, Order Number, Product Description and Reason for the return (e.g., defective, etc). We will provide you with further information regarding how to return the item(s) using international shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees; initial shipping fees are also non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund or credit.
All packages received without the emailed reference number included in the return/exchange shipment will be refused.
All returns/exchanges must meet hygiene and health standards. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet these standards.
